Library Director

 

Natalie Dugas Beam, West Feliciana Parish Library’s new director, moved into her St. Francisville home Sunday, December 3, 2018 and logged her first day at the library Monday, December 4, 208. After graduating from high school in Slidell, she earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature from California State–Fullerton, and a Master of Library Information Science from San Jose University in San Jose, California. Her experience includes school librarian, public library branch manager, and a position with the University of Hawaii. “I’m so grateful to have a wonderful staff and a fabulous library here in St. Francisville,” she said, “and I’m looking forward to becoming a member of the community.
